How I work with Individuals

1. We meet face to face or virtually for a conversation to get to know each other, answer any questions, and understand the goals for the work.

2. Agree a package of sessions to suit you.

3. I provide a discovery questionnaire and we use this to evaluate where you are and you determine the agenda for our work.

I listen first to establish the background, symptoms and objectives for the work.
I develop a suite of options.
I collaborate with stakeholders refine the scope to finalise the contracts and agreement with the project lead.
Project closes and project is evaluated with a confidential report to determine ROI.
